1. Digital Products

All courses, memberships, workshops, downloadable resources, and other digital products offered by AnimFX are delivered electronically. Once access to a digital product has been granted, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

3. Eligible Refunds

5. Live Training Programs

Fees paid for live classes, mentorship programs, coaching sessions, or scheduled workshops are generally non-refundable once your seat has been confirmed or the program has started.

If AnimFX cancels a live program and no suitable alternative is offered, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.

6. Subscription Plans

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only.
  • Payments already processed are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Unauthorized Account Sharing

Course access is licensed to a single user only.

Sharing login credentials or distributing course content without permission may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without any refund.
